FINAL EVENT OF THE ERASMUS+ PROJECT “DROP
OF WATER – REFLECTION OF CULTURES”
On the 18th
of June the participants of the Erasmus+ project “Drop of water – reflection of
cultures” had their final event in Curonian Spit National Park that was called
Water, Environment and Future.
The
participants introduced experience gained in project activities, described the
results of the project, with a specialist of Curonian Spit National Park discussed
the impact of the project (changes in behavior in everyday habits, which
contribute to water saving and reduction of climate change), they spoke about
scientific achievements in these fields and future prospects.
While
travelling through Curonian Spit National Park the group got acquainted with
objects created by nature and man, analysed the consequences of climate change,
became aware of the impact of climate change on national park plants and
animals.
The
experience gained in the project changed daily habits. A sustainable lifestyle
helps oneself, others, the planet.
