Jaen's legends...and water.

 Our 5th and 6th graders have prepared an art exhibition about the legends that our parents and grandparents use to tell us about the water

World Water Day exhibition in Torredonjimeno.

¡Happy World Water Day! 



One of the activities we have been preparing to celebrate the World Water Day in Torredonjimeno has been the decoration of the doors of our school with interesting facts about Andalusia and the Water.

Andalusia's Day was the 28th of February and these year we have celebrate it and research into interesting facts about Water in our comunity.

High and snowed mountains and a desert. (Kindergarten. 3, 4 and 5 years old) Andalusia, Granada and Almería.

                  
Guadalquivir. The longest Andalusian river. Production of rice and National Parks. (1st Grade, Supporting classroom) Seville and Guadalquivir River.



The most rainy area in Spain. Mediterranean sea and Atlantic Ocean in Cádiz. (2nd Grade)
 
Huelva and Doñana National Park. The most important wetland in Spain. (3rd Grade)
 
Our province, Jaén. The largest protected area in Spain. Guadalquivir and Segura  rise in our mountains.  4th Grade.
 
Córdoba. Guadalquivir Water Wheel in Guadalquivir River. 5th Grade. 
 
Málaga. Hydropower Station. 6th Grade.
